Analysis and Suggestion on Development Strategy of Psychological Bank for College Students: Taking Universities in Nanjing as an Example

为了便于开展社会转型期的社会心理服务与社会心理建设,分析了当前大学生心理服务行业的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了建设大学生心理服务银行的对策建议,讨论了心理银行建立及运行实践中的问题并提出了改进建议,指出了大学生心理服务银行建设的重要意义,应以大学生心理服务银行的拟运营为切入点,推动心理服务行业创新。

In order to better carry out social psychological service and social psychological construction in the period of social transformation, this paper analyses the current development situation and existing problems of psychological service industry for college students, puts forward some suggestions for the construction of psychological service bank. It discusses the problems in the establishment and operation of psychological bank, puts forward relevant improvement suggestions, and points out the importance of building psychological bank for college students, and the proposed operation of psychological bank of college students should be taken as the entry point to promote the innovation of psychological service industry.
