摘要
为了有效地对机车电机轴承故障进行监测与检测,本文采用基于压缩感知的信号采样理论方法,对HXD2机车电机轴承的内圈故障、外圈故障、滚动体故障3种不同故障进行了诊断和信号分析处理,以实例论证了该方法的可行性,指出该方法能够可靠地分析和有效地诊断轴承故障,保障机车电机运行可靠性,进而成为保证机车安全性、可用性、可维护性的决定因素。
In order to monitor and detect locomotive motor bearing faults effectively, this paper adopts signal sampling method based on compressed sensing theory to diagnose and process inner ring faults, outer ring faults and rolling element faults. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated with an example, and the results show that this method can reliably analyze and ef- fectively diagnose bearing faults to ensure locomotive motor running. It can be a decisive factor to ensure locomotive safety, availability and maintainability.
