冷驯化期间丰花月季茎胞外电阻率及干物质含量变化规律研究

摘要 丰花月季为园林绿化中主要材料之一,但北方冬季低温限制了其栽培。为了开发一种快速测定丰花月季抗寒性的简便、高效方法,以‘红帽’‘柔情似水’和‘仙境’3个丰花月季品种为试材,用相对电导率法(REL)和电阻抗图谱法(EIS)中的参数胞外电阻率测定月季茎半致死温度,同时测定胞外电阻率和干物质含量的变化,分析胞外电阻率法与相对电导率法测定月季半致死温度的相关性、胞外电阻率与干物质含量的相关性。研究结果表明:(1)冷驯化末期胞外电阻法得出的3个丰花月季半致死温度由低到高顺序为仙境、红帽、柔情似水;(2)胞外电阻率法与相对电导率法测定的丰花月季半致死温度结果存在正相关关系,相关系数r≥0.824,胞外电阻率法可用于测定丰花月季的半致死温度;(3)冷驯化期间3个丰花月季品种茎胞外电阻率和干物质含量呈现整体上升趋势,均在末期达到最大值,且干物质含量与胞外电阻率呈正相关关系(r≥0.725)。 Floribunda roses is one of main species in landscaping, but the utilization of it is limited by low temperature in winter in north China. In order to develop a simple and effi cient method for rapid determination on semi lethal temperature of Floribunda roses. The semi lethal temperature of floribunda roses ' Hongmao ’ , 'Rouqingsishui ’ and ‘Xianjing ’ were measured by electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), relative electrolyte leakage (REL), changes of extracellular resistance and dry mass content in stems. The correlation a mong extracellular resistance, REL, extracellular resistance and dry mass content were ana lyzed. The results showed that: (1) The semi-lethal temperature of three floribunda roses from low to high were 'Xianjing’, ‘Hongmao’, ‘Rouqingsishui’. (2) The frost hardiness of three floribunda roses measured by extracellular resistance and EL correlated significantly, with a linear correlation coefficient r≥0. 824. The extracellular resistance can be used todetermine the semi lethal temperature of floribunda roses. (3) The extracellular resistance and dry mass content of three floribunda roses increased during cold hardening, and dry mass content significantly correlated with extracellular resistance, with a linear correlation coefficient r≥0. 725.
