摘要 为提高黑龙江东部地区火电厂调峰能力,促进调峰时段风电电力消纳,需要合理安排固体电蓄热调峰项目的落点。对伊春热电厂固体电蓄热调峰项目投运后进行了安全稳定分析,结合东部电网调峰现状及风电消纳状况,提出电蓄热项目落点配置原则,按照投产建议时序给出了3个落点建议方案,并对建议落点方案进行了电网安全稳定分析。通过对比分析,给出了综合推荐落点方案。 For improving Peak Load Regulation capacity of thermal power plants and promoting wind power accommodation, the location layout of electric solid heat-storage project should be reasonablely arranged. The safety and stability analysis is carried out after the operation of Yichun electric solid heat-storage project . According to the Peak Load Regulation situation and wind power consumption of the eastern grid, configuration principle of Electric Solid Heat-storage Project is put forward. Three location layout proposed projects of eastern grid electric solid heat-storage project are proposed. The safety and stability analysis is carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Through comparative analysis, the comprehensive recommended location layout scheme is presented.
