民族院校青年教师教学能力现状及提升路径的实证研究

摘要 青年教师已经成为我国高校教师队伍的生力军,民族院校教师队伍持续优化,但青年教师的培养扶持力度仍需要一步加强,青年教师教学能力提升的影响因素包括评价机制和政策导向有缺陷、高水平学术团队的缺乏、培训主客体需求的缺位和教师教学反思能力缺失等,应立足于民族院校青年教师教学能力之现状,寻找提升青年教师教学能力之现实路径,即树立"回归本分"的教师教学评价理念、打造基于协同共生的教师教学学术团队、建构基于教学咨询的教师教学培训机制、引导基于教学文化的教师教学发展行为。 Young teachers have became the new force in higher education in China, in institute of nationalities, the structure of teachers continue to be optimized. However, the training and support of young teachers still needs to be strengthened. The influencing factors of the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers are as follows, the evaluation mechanism and the policy guidance are flawed, the lack of academic team, the lack of training subject and object needs and the lack of teachers' reflective ability in teaching. Based on the status quo of the teaching ability of young teachers in Universities for Nationalities, we need to establish the idea of "returning point" in teacher's teaching evaluation, to creat the teacher's teaching academic team based on synergistic symbiosis, to construct the teacher's teaching training mechanism based on teaching consultation, and to construct the teacher's teaching development behavior based on teaching culture.
