非理想状态下斜幕面对四光幕阵列精度靶测量误差的影响

摘要 四光幕阵列精度靶广泛用于测量弹丸飞行参数,其在工程实际中常因斜幕面不垂直于基准面而带来测量误差.文中通过建立非理想状态下的四光幕阵列精度靶测量模型,推导误差传递公式并对各因素影响下的测量误差分别进行分析,得到靶面内误差分布规律,最终在工程模型下完成四光幕阵列精度靶测量误差的估计.结果表明:为使工程实际中四光幕阵列精度靶测量误差不大于2mm,需限制斜光幕的倾斜角均不大于0.03°,研究结果可对四光幕阵列精度靶的优化设计和工程应用提供参考. Four light screen array optical targets are widely used to measure the flight parameters of flying projectiles.Measurement errors are closely related to the structure of a light screen array.In engineering realization,it is hard to guarantee the perpendicularity between the inclined screen and the reference plane,which results in measurement errors.A test model with non ideal inclined screen was developed, the error transfer formulas were deduced, and then the measurement errors which were affected by each factor were analyzed.Finally ,the error distribution in engineering was estimated.In order to make the measurement error not bigger than 2 mm,the inclination angles of the inclined screens should not be greater than 0.03°.The study will provide a reference for the optimization and application of the four light screen array optical targets.
