摘要 针对船舶供电系统的可靠性计算复杂、工作量巨大的问题,以某工程船直流24 V低压供电系统中的特定配电箱为目标系统,应用可靠性模型与Simulink计算模型的方法,做可靠性分析。依据系统工作原理建立功能框图、可靠性模型框图,根据可靠性计算原理设计Simulink计算模型,并仿真计算。结果显示,所得计算结果与装备实际基本一致;表明通过建立目标系统可靠性模型并配合Simulink计算模型的方法,能够有效应用于船舶供电系统的可靠性计算分析。 In view of the complicated calculation of power supply reliability and the huge workload of the ship power supply system, the reliability analysis is done by using the method of reliability model and Simulink calculation mode, based on the specific distribution box of the 24V low voltage power supply system of an engineering ship as the target system. According to the working principle of the system, a functional block diagram and a reliability model block diagram are set up, and the Simulink calculation model is designed according to the reliability calculation principle, and the simulation calculation is carried out. The results show that the calculated results are basically agreed with the actual equipment, and the results show that the reliability calculation and analysis of the ship power supply system can be effectively applied to the ship power supply system by establishing the reliability model of the target system and combining the Simulink calculation model.
