摘要
为了通过试验与评估快速得到船用中压变压器绕组绝缘寿命能否满足要求的结论,本文对船用中压变压器绕组绝缘的加速老化机理进行了分析,根据阿伦尼斯理论、考虑船舶环境的影响的条件下,提出了采用热失重分析法的船用中压变压器绕组绝缘加速老化试验方案、试验程序和评估方法,给出了模拟线圈设计原则和诊断电压确定方法,并针对某型船用变压器进行了绕组绝缘寿命的试验和评估,证明了本文所提出方法的可行性。
In order to obtain the conclusion that the insulation life of marine medium-voltage transformer winding can meet the requirements through testing and evaluation, the accelerating aging mechanism of marine medium-voltage transformer winding is analyzed. On the basis of Arrhenius' theory and considering the impact of the ship's environment, a test scheme, test procedure and evaluation method for the accelerated aging of marine medium-voltage transformer winding are proposed by means of thermo gravimetric analysis. The design principle of analog coil and the determination method of diagnosis voltage are given, and the test and evaluation of winding insulation life of a certain type of marine transformer is carried out, which proves the feasibility of the proposed method.
