海洋平台建造中电缆优化分割问题的研究

摘要 由于海洋平台自身的结构特点,空间限制,电缆敷设比较困难,可将电缆预分割后,再敷设,如何分割电缆将影响材料的利用率。本文分析了电缆切割问题的数学模型,以电缆原材料、分割长度、切割方式为约束条件,以所用电缆原材料最小为优化目标函数;利用VBA语言与LING语言的混合编程快速实现模型的求解;采用混合编程可降低编程难度,充分利用计算软件的优点,提高编写效率及计算速度,具有很高的应用及推广价值。 Because of the structural characteristics of the offshore platform, cable laying is more difficult in the constrained space. Cable can be pre-divided, then laid. The way to divide the cable will affect the utilization of materials. In this paper, the mathematical model of cable cutting problem is analyzed, with the constraints of cable raw materials, cutting length and cutting mode. The minimum of cable raw materials is used as the optimization objective function. The mixed programming of VBA language and LINGO language is used to solve the model quickly. The mixed programming can reduce the programming difficulty and make full use of its advantages. The efficiency and speed of calculation are improved, and it has high value in application and popularization.
