摘要
通过试板试验,研究钢结构Q345B材质焊接接头多次返修组织与性能的变化。试验表明,对Q345B接头焊缝进行多次返修后,其焊接接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性、硬度等机械性能均在规范允许的范围之内,多次返修组织与允许返修次数组织无明显差别。但是,具有一定波动规律,同时随着返修次数的增多,焊接变形逐渐增大。
Based on the plate test, study the influence of Q345B welded joint mierostrueture and properties which are multiple reworked, the results showed that after many times of Q345B joint weld repair, the welding heat affected tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness, hardness and other mechanical properties are within the scope of the permit, and the organization in allow repair times has no obvious difference with multiple reworked. However, as the number of rework increases, the welding deformation gradually increases.
