新型钢木组合清水模板体系技术

针对超长、超高的清水混凝土墙体(一次性浇筑高度超过6 m,浇筑长度超过20 m)施工质量控制的难题,创新采用双面多层覆膜板及方钢龙骨作为竖向构件的清水模板体系,新型钢木组合清水模板体系技术有效解决了因气候潮湿而引起的模板、木方变形问题,同时保证了刚度,节约材料,安装速度快,拆模效果极佳。在传统的清水模板体系基础上进行了较大改良,形成了一套新型的、适合超高、超长清水混凝土墙体施工的模板体系。
