摘要
获各琦铜矿充填站扩能后,充填流量增加20%,随着开采深度的增加,充填倍线变小,导致充填管路爆管、堵管事故频发。为此,通过研究充填管路破磨机制,分析充填倍线、管线长度及材质、充填流量等影响因素并优化,结合理论研究及现场充填实际,确定出不同充填倍线下的充填流量、充填管线长度及材质,有效避免了充填管路破磨事故的发生,保障了生产正常运行。
After the energy expansion of the filling station of Huogeqi Copper Mine, the filling flow increased by 20%, and the filling doubling line is decreased with the increasing of mining depth, which leads to frequent accidents of blasting and blocking of filling pipes. Through the study destruction and abrasion mechanism of filling pipe and the analysis of filling doubling line, pipe length and material and filling flow, and combing with the theoretical study and actual filling situation, the filling flow, length and material of filling pipe are determined effectively, the destruction and abrasion accident of filing pipes is avoided, and the safety production of the mine is ensured.
