某矿山尾砂及废石胶结充填试验 被引量:2

摘要 为提高安全环保水平和矿石回采率,某矿山拟采用嗣后充填进行采空区治理和部分矿柱回收。根据矿山的环境特点,分别进行了尾砂胶结充填试验及掘进废石胶结充填试验。通过对理化特性检测和水泥胶结充填料的力学性能试验研究,确定了适合矿山的胶结充填参数。结果表明,在尾砂胶结充填料浆浓度为62%~68%,灰砂比为(1∶4)~(1∶8)时,能满足自流输送要求,28 d单轴抗压强度满足矿山充填体强度要求;矿山废石混合样制成的充填体强度高于单类废石样制成的充填体。矿山采用尾砂及掘进废石胶结充填采空区,回采部分损失的矿柱,进而提高回采率是可行性的。 In order to improve safety and environment protection level and ore recovery rate, by using subsequent filling method of a mine,the goaf can be treated, and part of the ore pillars can be recycled. According to the environmental characteristics of the mine, cemented filling test by failings and cemented filling test by excavation waste rock are conducted respectively. The suitable cementation filling parameters of the mine are determined by physical and chemical characteristics detection and the study of the mechanical property of cementitious filling material. The study results show that the tailings cemented filling slurry can meet the self-current transportation requirements with the concentration of 62%~68% and the cement-sand ratio of (1 ∶ 4)^(1 ∶ 8), the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength of filling body can meet the filling body strength requirements; strength of the filling body by tailings and waste rock is higher than the one of the filling body by tailings or waste rock. It is feasible to realize the goal of cementation filling goaf by excavation waste rock and tailings so as to recover the part of ore pillars, therefore, the ore recovery rate can be increased effectively.
