摘要
在矿山充填工艺中,充填喷嘴消耗快、故障率高、更换频繁。为了解决充填喷嘴使用寿命不长的问题,通过分析目前广泛使用的两代充填造浆喷嘴在实际应用中遇到的问题,经过多次试验、改进,研制出一种新型充填造浆喷嘴。新型充填喷嘴采用新的全密封机械结构体,配合精确设计的弹簧和T型活塞体等部件,达到了防止浆液回流、阀体震动、内腔磨损的预期效果。通过加强腔体和T型活塞体的表面强度,使新型充填造浆喷嘴的使用寿命从500 h提高至1 000 h以上。新型充填造浆喷嘴在多个矿山推广应用,取得了良好的实际效果。
Nozzle is characterized by fast consumption, high failure rate and frequent replacement in the mine filling process filling. In order to solve the short service life of filling nozzle, through the analysis of the problems encountered in the practical applications of the two generation filling slurry nozzles widely used at present, after many tests and improvements, a new type filling slurry nozzle is developed. The new type filling nozzle adopts new fully sealed mechanical structure, the precise designed spring and T-shaped piston and other parts, the desired effects of preventing slurry reflux, body vibration and inner cavity wear are achieved. Through the surface strength of cavity and T-shaped piston body, the service life of filling slurry nozzle is increased from 500 h to above 1 000 h. At present, the new type nozzle is applied in many mines, the application effects are good.
