摘要
针对谦比希铜矿西矿体复杂难采情况,结合物料特性,选用一段浓密、二段搅拌和柱塞泵输送的膏体充填工艺,形成了尾矿深锥浓密防压耙技术、深锥底流浓度与膏体制备质量智能控制系统、絮凝剂溶液的制备与添加自动控制系统、考虑管道滑移效应的管道输送摩阻计算新模型、低强度膏体充填多步骤回采贫化损失指标控制关键技术、膏体充填管道压力在线监测预警系统六大关键技术,并分析膏体充填技术为矿山带来的直接经济效益,同时结合间接经济效益、安全效益和环保效益分析得出了综合效益。实践表明,谦比希铜矿膏体充填系统工艺先进,可以产生良好的经济效益和环境效益,对类似矿山工程有一定借鉴意义。
In view of the complication and difficulty in mining the west orebody of the Chambishi Copper Mine, combined with the filling material characteristics, the paste filling technology of one-stage thickening, two-stage mixing and plunger pump transportation system is adopted. It has been formed the following six key technologies: the anti-shutdown technology for tailings deep cone thickening, the intelligence control system for deep cone bottom flow concentration and paste preparation quality, automatic control system for preparation and addition of flocculant solution, new analytical model for calculation of pipeline transportation friction considering pipe slip effect, key control technology of ore loss and dilution index for low-intensity paste filling with multi-step ore recovery mining method, and the technologies of paste slurry pipeline transport pressure online monitoring and early warning system. Furthermore, comprehensive benefits analysis of the system focusing on direct economic benefits, combined with indirect economic benefits, safety benefits and environmental benefits is conducted. The practice show that the Chambishi Copper Mine paste filling system is advanced in technology, which can produce considerable economic and environmental benefits and has certain reference significance for similar mining projects.
