露坑联采隔离层设置优化及产量衔接方案研究

摘要 针对国内部分露天地下联合开采矿山露采下降速度远大于坑采下降速度,导致预留隔离层厚度不断降低、回采安全性不断下降、露坑产能衔接不平稳等问题,以某露坑联采铜矿山为工程背景,开展隔离层设置优化和产量衔接方案研究,在确保隔离层安全和生产能力不发生大的波动前提下,采用三维建模和隔离层置换的方法,调整了隔离层设置,优化了排产方案和充填进度安排,提出了安全技术措施。工程应用结果表明,新隔离层始终保持大于50 m的安全距离,露坑生产规模稳定保持10 000 t/d,露坑采场安全稳定,较好地解决了存在的问题,为类似矿山过渡期决策和生产安排提供了借鉴。 In view of the existing problems of gradually decreasing of the thickness of reserved isolation layers, decreasing of mining safety and unstable of the connection of open-pit and underground productivity caused by the situation that the decline rate of open-pit mining is much higher than that of underground mining of the part of mines that the integration method of open-pit mining and underground mining method is used in our country, taking a copper mine that the integration method of open-pit mining and underground mining method is used as the engineering background, the production connecting scheme and the optimization of isolation layer setting are studied. Under the premise of ensuring the safety and productivity of the isolation layer do not have big fluctuation, the three-dimensional modeling method and isolation layer replacement method are adopted, the isolation layer setting is adjusted, and the production scheme and filling schedule are optimized, and some related safety technical measures are proposed. The engineering practice results show that the new isolation layer always keeps a safe distance more than 50 m, the production scale of open-pit mining and underground mining is stable at 10 000 t/d, the open-pit and underground stopes are safe and stable, and the existing problems are solved effectively, besides that ,it can provide reference for decision-making and production arrangement in the production transition period of the similar mines.
