摘要
粉尘是矿山最主要的职业病危害因素,严重威胁到矿山安全生产和职工身心健康。以某矿山巷道掘进工作面为研究对象,借助流体软件Fluent构建了数值模型,模拟分析了掘进巷道的粉尘浓度分布规律。数值模拟与现场粉尘浓度实测值的对比分析结果表明:随着与掘进面距离的增加,粉尘浓度整体上逐步减小,掘进工作面区域、抽风筒区域以及距离掘进面大约15 m的区域为掘进巷道中的重点除尘区域。
Dust is the main factor in mine occupational hazard,and it is a serious threat to the mine safety production and the staff's physical and mental health.Taking the excavation roadway working face of a mine as an example,the dust concentration distribution of excavation roadway model is established and simulated with the aid of fluid software Fluent.The comparison results of the numerical simulation values and the measured values of the dust concentration in the field show that with the increasing of the distance from the heading face,the dust concentration is gradually reduced,and the areas of the heading face,the area of the suction tube and the 15 m area distance to the heading face are the key dust removal ranges in the roadways.
