摘要
随着社会的发展和医学模式的转变,患者体验调查已逐渐成为全面评估医院医疗服务质量的重要指标之一。而妇幼专科医院由于其专科特色,患者体验不同于其他综合医院、专科医院。通过分析目前国内、外,以及作者所在医院开展患者体验调查研究的现状,从调查问卷、调查形式、调查对象等方面,揭示现行医院满意度调查的局限性,探索利用网络媒体建立基于患者体验、具有妇幼特色的调查模型,以为妇幼专科医院制定改进措施和服务发展策略提供参考依据,进一步改善、提升妇幼专科医院的医疗服务质量。
With the development of society and the change of medical model, patient experience survey has gradually become an important indicator of comprehensive assessment of hospital medical service quality. Patient experience of specialty hospital of women and children is different from other general hospitals and specialized hospitals. This article analyzes the current situation of patient experience investigation at home and abroad, as well as the author's hospital, reveals the limitations of current surveys of hospital satisfaction fronl the questionnaires, the forms of investigation and the objects of investigation, explores the use of online media to build a research model based on patient experience and maternal and child characteristics. To provide a reference for the maternity and child hospital to formlate improvement measures and service development strategies, and to further improve and enhance the quality of maternity and child hospital medical services.
