住院医师规范化培训带教师资满意度及影响因素分析 被引量:13

Analysis of the Current Situation and Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of Teachers in the Standard Training of Residents based on their Perspectives

摘要 目的:分析住院医师规范化培训学员对带教师资满意度现状及其影响因素,为师资队伍建设和师资管理水平的提高提供参考意见和改进措施。方法:采用自制满意度问卷调查表,通过方便抽样法对江苏省4家国家住院医师规范化培训基地的677名临床类专业住培学员进行带教师资满意度调查。从基本素质、带教能力、带教内容、带教效果4个维度,加上总体满意度共计36个条目着手,采用Likert评分量表形式进行设计。结果:住培学员对带教师资总体满意度得分为3.98±0.75,其中性别、年龄、婚姻、专业类别、培训年限、是否获得执业医师资格、人员类型、实际月收入、住培制度认知程度对带教师资总体满意度得分有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:江苏省住培学员对带教师资总体满意度处于中等水平。不断加强制度和师资队伍建设,提高师资队伍质量,提升住培学员管理水平,注重住培学员人文关怀和身心健康有助于提高带教师资满意度。 Objective: To analyse the degree of satisfaction with teachers and related factors influencing the standard training according to the opinions of residents. The aim of this paper is to provide references and improvements for construction of educational teams to enhance management of teachers. Methods: The study chose 677 residents which were trained in four national standardised training bases for residents in Jiangsu Province as the subjects of the smvey. The degree of satisfaction with teachers is designed by the Likert rating scale according 4 dimensions conditions, including essential qualification, teaching ability, education substance, and education effect. The questionnaire is based on 4 dimensions plus ensemble satisfaction factors which in total contains 36 items. Results: The score of satisfaction degree fi'om residents was 3.98 ± 0.75. There are more than 9 factors which have significant impact influences : gender, age, marital status, professional categol3:, training period, qualification of physician, type of personnel, actual monthly income and awareness of standard training system. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:The present study demonstrates satisfaction degree of teachers around residents in Jiangsu Province is at a medium level. The system is being constantly enhanced including the reconstruction of educational team, improvement of the quality of education staff, improvement of the level of management. The consideration of humanistic care and mental health of the residents are major aspects to improve the satisfaction degree with teachers.
