摘要
将改性后的气相二氧化硅分散在聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMEG)中,制备出均匀分散的混合物,选用液态异氰酸酯(MDI)为实验原料合成聚氨酯弹性体预聚体,通过原液聚合法共混制备气相二氧化硅/聚氨酯复合材料,对复合材料的机械、力学、热性能进行测试,得到最佳的实验原料配方。研究了不同含量气相二氧化硅的加入对聚氨酯内部结构、热力学性质及力学性能的影响,着重探讨了改性后的气相二氧化硅在聚氨酯中的均匀分散以及界面之间的相互作用。
The modified fumed silica was dispersed in polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG), anda homogeneousdispersed mixture was prepared. The polyurethane elastomer prepolymer was synthesized with liquid isocyanate (MDI) asthe raw material, and fumed silica / polyurethane composite was prepared by raw liquid polymerization. The mechanicaland thermal properties of the material were tested, and the best formula of the experimental material was obtained. Theeffects of different content of fumed silica on the internal structure, thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties ofpolyurethane were studied, and the uniform dispersion of the modified fumed silica in polyurethane and the interactionbetween the interfaces were discussed.
