超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牛奶中利巴韦林残留量 被引量:4

摘要 建立牛奶中利巴韦林残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法(UPLC-MS/MS)。样品中加入利巴韦林-^(13)C_5内标,采用三氯乙酸水溶液和乙腈混合溶液超声提取,于37℃下将利巴韦林代谢物经磷酸酯酶水解成利巴韦林原药,与样品中残留的利巴韦林一起用PBA固相萃取柱净化;经HILIC色谱柱分离,以5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.2%甲酸)-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;采用正离子多反应监测模式(MRM),内标法定量。结果表明,样品中利巴韦林残留量在1~100μg/kg浓度范围内线性良好,r2=0.9971,方法检出限为0.50μg/kg,测定低限为1.00μg/kg; 2个添加水平的添加回收率在82.6%~115%之间。本方法灵敏、准确,可用于牛奶中利巴韦林残留量的检测。
