摘要
为提高病理学教学质量以及学生学习的主观能动性,以山西卫生健康职业学院2017级普高检验专业104人为研究对象,采用基于信息化平台的多任务驱动—MTL(muliti-taskleaning)混合教学模式进行教学改革,并运用于"脱落细胞学"课程教学中,同时进行新方法的实践探究和效果评价。结果显示:实验组学生最终成绩为(84±10.35)分,优于对照组(77±11.74)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对基于信息化平台的MTL混合教学模式满意度在90%以上。该次教学设计的探究和实践可操作性强、具有可重复性,对高职医学专业的病理学课程教学有一定参考。
To improve the quality of pathology teaching and students' learning initiative, we selected 104 Grade 2017 students of laboratory medicine specialty from Shanxi Health Vocational College as the research subjects. We carried out teaching reform by adopting the teaching mode combining multi task driven with multi task learning (MTL) method based on the informatizat ion platform. We applied the new method to the course Exfoliative Cytology, and meanwhile ex plored the new methods and evaluated its effect. The results showed that students in the experi mental group significantly outperformed those in the control group in the final score (84±10.35 points vs. 77±11.74 points,P〈0.05). Moreover, the students' satisfaction with the MTL blend ed teaching mode based on the informatization platform was over 90%. The exploration and pract ice of this teaching design is highly operational and repeatable, which can provide reference for pathology teaching at medical vocational colleges.
