Application effects of PBL approach in standardization training for residents in department of ophthalmology

目的评价PBL教学在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法通过闭卷测试和开放问卷调查,了解45名培训学员对知识掌握情况以及对规范化培训教学满意度。结果培训学员业务考核通过率为100%,培训学员对应用PBL的培训教学比较满意。结论 PBL教学在解放军总医院眼科住院医师规范化培训中获得良好的教学效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of PBI. approach applied to standardization training for residents in department of ophthalmology. Methods By using the closed test and openended questionnaire, we tried to analyze and evaluate the 45 trainees＇ mastery of knowledge and their satisfaction with the standardization training mode. Results The knowledge test passing rate of the trainees was 100% and the trainees were satisfied with the standardization training mode using PBL approach.
