摘要
目的探索CBL(case-based learning)教学模式在骨科规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法选取西安交通大学第二附属医院骨科规范化培训学员84名,随机分为两组,实验组为结合3D打印技术的CBL教学组,对照组为标准的PBL(problem-based learning)组,通过两组学员的客观考核成绩与主观效果评价,对比研究两种方法在"骨盆骨折"教学中的效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组在客观考核成绩及主观效果评价的多个指标中均优于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合了3D打印技术的CBL教学模式应用于骨科规范化培训教育中,可有效提高学员对教学过程的满意度,提升教学效果。
Objective To explore the application and effect of case based learning {CBI.) tea ching mode in standardization training of orthopedic residents. Methods Totally 84 residents who received standardization training in Department I of Orthopedics of The Second Affiliated Hospi tal of Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into two groups. The experiMental group was CBI. teaching group with 3D printing technology while the control group was standard pro blem based learning (PBL) group. We compared the two groups in objective assessment results and subjective effect evaluation in order to explore the role of the two methods in pelvic fracture teaching. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group performed significantly better in several indictors of the objective assessment and subjective effect evaluation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of the CBI. teaching mode combined with 3D printing technology in the standardization training of orthopedic residents can effectively improve the students' saris faction about the teaching process and greatly improve the teaching outcome.
