根据平衡计分卡理论,从财务运营、内部流程、用户反馈、学习与发展四个维度建立图书馆创客空间信息服务绩效评估体系的框架,运用问卷调查法、层次分析法等确定具体评估指标并计算其权重,形成完善的图书馆创客空间信息服务绩效评估指标体系。

With the theories of Balanced Scorecard, this paper designs the complete pefformance evaluation indicatorssystem of infonnation service in library maker spaces, from four dimensions： financial operation, internal process, userfeedback, learning and development, uses questionnaire survey and AHP to determine the specific evaluation index andcalculate its weight, and forms a perfect library maker space information service performance evaluation index system.
