摘要
以CNKI期刊、博士、硕士论文全文库收录的近20年国内图书馆服务质量文献为样本数据,采用共词分析的方法构建矩阵,利用SPSS中因子分析和聚类分析法研究关键词之间的关系,进而分析我国图书馆服务质量领域研究的热点和趋势。
Based on the data collected from the full-text Library of CNKI periodicals, doctoral and master＇s theses in the past 20 years, this paper uses the method of Co-word Analysis to construct a matrix, uses the factor analysis and cluster analysis in SPSS to study the relationship between key words, and then analyzes the research hotspots and trends in the field of library service quality in China.
