紫杉醇联合复方苦参注射液对结肠癌疗效及对细胞增殖和免疫系统的影响

Effectiveness of Paclitaxel Combined with Fufang Kushen Injection in Treatment of Patients with Colon Cancer and Its Effects on Cell Proliferation and Immune System

目的研究紫杉醇联合复方苦参注射液对结肠癌疗效及对细胞增殖和免疫系统的影响。方法选取于保定市第一中心医院2015年5月—2017年6月收治的结肠癌术后化疗患者60例,按化疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行常规化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液。比较2组临床疗效及化疗相关毒副反应,检测治疗前后2组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群细胞水平及细胞转移增殖情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK水平高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子γ、白细胞介素-2水平及T淋巴细胞转移率高于对照组,淋巴细胞凋亡率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论紫杉醇联合复方苦参注射液治疗结肠癌效果满意,能有效抑制结肠癌细胞的增殖,改善免疫系统功能,并减少化疗毒副作用。

Objective To investigate effectiveness of Paclitaxel combined with Fufang Kushen injection in treatment of patients with colon cancer and its effects on cell proliferation and immune system. Methods A total of 60 patients with colon cancer after postoperative chemotherapy admitted during May 2015 and June 2017 were divided into observation group and control group （ n =30 for each group） according to chemotherapy methods. Control group was treated with routine chemotherapy, while observation group was added with Fufang Kushen injection on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical effectiveness and toxic and side reaction induced by chemotherapy were compared, and conditions of cell level of T lymphocyte subsets and cell proliferation in peripheral blood were detected before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, in observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher （ P 〈0.05）, and CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ and natural killer （NK） were significantly higher, while CD8＋ was significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）. Incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. In observation group, values of interferon-γ （IFN-γ）, interleukin-2 （IL-2） and metastasis rate of T lymphocyte were significantly higher, while apoptosis rate of lymphocyte was significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with Fufang Kushen injection in treatment of patients with colon cancer may achieve good effectiveness, effectively inhibit proliferation of colon cancer cells, improve function of immune system and reduce incidence rate of toxic and side reaction induced by chemotherapy.
