康复新液对溃疡型肠结核患者疗效及血清EGF、IL-1、TNF-α水平的影响

Curative Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in Treatment of Patients with Tuberculosis of Intestine Ulcerative Type and Its Effects on Serum EGF,IL-1 and TNF-α Levels

目的探究康复新液治疗溃疡型肠结核的效果及血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取河北省胸科医院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的溃疡型肠结核患者105例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组50例给予常规抗结核药物治疗;观察组55例在对照组治疗的基础上联合康复新液口服。治疗结束后比较2组治疗总有效率,肝功能损伤情况,血清EGF、IL-1、TNF-α水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=4. 96,P=0. 03); 2组肝功能总损伤率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0. 02,P=0. 288)。2组血清EGF、IL-1、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0. 09,P=0. 276)。结论康复新液治疗溃疡型肠结核的临床效果显著,能有效降低患者血清EGF、IL-1、TNF-α水平,且不增加肝功能损害等不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients with tuberculosis of intestine ulcerative type and its effects on serum levels of epidermal growth factor （EGF）, interleukin-1 （IL-1） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）. Methods A total of 105 patients with tuberculosis of intestine ulcerative type admitted during January 2015 and January 2017 were divided into control group （ n =50） and observation group （ n =55） according to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs, while observation group was added with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of treatment for control group. After treatment, the total effective rate, injury of liver function, serum EGF, IL-1 and TNF-α levels and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （χ 2 =4.96, P =0.03）. There was no significant difference in overall injury rate of liver function between two groups （χ 2 = 0.02, P =0.88）. Serum EGF, IL-1 and TNF-α levels were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment in two groups, and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups （χ 2=0.09, P = 0.76）. Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients with tuberculosis of intestine ulcerative type may achieve good curative effect and effectively reduce serum EGF, IL-1 and TNF-α levels without increasing incidence rates of adverse reactions such as injury of liver function.
