本文通过文献参考、中铁十二局针对天津地铁管片供应的实际案例分析,细致地阐述了盾构管片在自动化流水线中施工的细节,并介绍了自动化的优势。通过实际案例和数据分析,充分展现了自动化流水线方式超高的效率。在盾构管片在预制过程中,利用自动化生产方式能够有效地提高管片产品质量,改善工作效率。

Objective To study the construction technology of automatic assembly line for shield segment. Meth- ods through the reference of literature and the actual case analysis of the twelve Bureau of central railway for the supply of Tianjin Metro official tubes, details of the construction in the automation line were detailed and the advantages of automation were introduced. Results through actual cases and data analysis, fully demonstrated the efficiency of automated pipelining mode. Conclusion the automatic production method can effectively improve the quality of segment products and improve the efficiency in the precast process of shield segments.
