装配式住宅是建筑工业化和绿色建筑的发展方向。文中对我国装配式住宅的发展现状进行梳理,剖析发展中存在的问题。借鉴海内外的成功经验,从供应链的角度,提出以客户为中心、加强人才培养、利用信息技术、建立联盟等推动装配式住宅供应链发展的策略建议,以促进我国装配式住宅的进一步发展和完善。

Prefabricated housing will be the inevitable development trend of China＇s green buildings and building industrialization. By interpreting the present situation of the development of our eountry＇s prefabrieated housing, the paper analyses the current development dilemma. From the view of supply ehain, it puts ronsard some advisable strategies and suggestions eoneluding strategies which ean promote the development of prefabrieated housing as eustomer-eentered, personnel training, utilization of information teehnology and establishment of allianee to guide our prefabrieated housing to a better and faster development.
