不同含水量豆腐渣对黑水虻生长的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究不同含水量豆腐渣饲料对黑水虻生长的影响。方法先测定所采集豆腐渣的营养成分,并烘干至30%的含水率。配制4种不同含水率的豆腐渣饲料,分组饲养,测量不同发育阶段的幼虫及蛹生长发育指标,用SPSS24. 0进行统计分析。结果幼虫生长状况检测表明:30%和55%含水量的饲料无法满足黑水虻幼虫的正常生长需求,75%和85%含水量的饲料可确保幼虫100%存活; 75%和85%含水量的饲料饲喂幼虫的平均体重显著高于30%和55%含水量饲料组,75%含水量饲料组饲喂幼虫平均体重最重,达0. 1300±0. 0036g,但与85%含水量处理组相比无显著差异。预蛹形成检测结果表明:85%和75%含水量饲料组黑水虻平均体重无显著差异。85%含水量饲料组比75%含水量组预蛹形成的时间有显著差异。85%组提早4d预蛹,并提前10d结束预蛹。结论以75%含水量的豆腐渣饲喂黑水虻效果最佳,85%含水量饲料有利于预蛹形成。
