To analyze the main factors which affect the supply and demand of I.anzhou housing market.The supply and demand factors of Lanzhou residential market are analyzed by principal component analysis,and the main factors are determined by reference to eigenvalues and load matrix.7 factors such as gross domes tic product, per capita living area, average money wage, per capita disposable income of urban residents, per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents, residential area and housing investment, the basic con trol of the first principal component and the secondary variable of variance is largely controlled according to the original variable of large variance. According to the principle of second principal components, the main factors that affect the supply and demand of the housing market in Lanzhou are the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the area of housing completed. It is suggested that increases the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the investment in housing can promote the harmonious develop ment of the housing market in Lanzhou.
