探究门诊协同护理对冠心病患者生活质量及自我效能的影响

The Effect of Cooperative Nursing on the Quality of Life and Self-efficacy of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

为探究门诊协同护理对冠心病患者生活质量及自我效能的影响,以2016年5月于兰州总医院门诊就诊的200例患者作为研究对象,根据门诊就诊时间的先后顺序进行编号,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组采用门诊协同护理,而对照组采用常规护理。对2组患者干预前后生活质量变化及自我效能评分进行观察。结果显示,观察组干预后的躯体症状、失眠焦虑、社会功能指标、抑郁和总分情况要显著的优于对照组,存在统计学差异(t值分别为3.572、3.413、3.776、3.102和3.454,P<0.05);观察组干预后的各指标评分要显著的优于干预前,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的服药情况、治疗方式、恢复正常活动和定期复查情况要显著的优于对照组,存在统计学差异(t值分别为3.332、3.109、3.227和3.009,P<0.05);观察组就诊后6个月ESCA评分要显著的优于对照组,存在统计学差异(t=3.521,P<0.05)。研究表明采用门诊协同护理能够显著提高冠心病患者生活质量和自我效能,该护理模式值得推广使用。

To explore th with coronary h According to th e effect of outpatient cooperative nursing on the quality of life and self e eart disease.200 outpatients in our hospital in May 2016 were selected as ffi th e study e sequence of outpatient visits,the patients were divided into two groups （100 ca ses each） by random number method.The observation group was treated with cooperative nursing in outpa tient department,while the control group was treated with routine nursing. The changes of quality of life and self efficacy were observed before and after intervention. The observation group after the intervention of the somatic symptoms, anxiety, insomnia, depression and social function score are significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference （t =3.572,3.413,3.776,3.102 and 3.454,P〈0.05）, ere was significant difference （P〈0.05）,observation group, medication treatment and return to normal activities and regular review to be significantly better than the control group ,there was significant difference （t =3.3 cantly better than The quality of life 32,3.109,3.227 and 3.009 ,P〈0.05） ,group 6 months after treatment ESCA score signif the control group was observed, there was significant difference （t = 3.521,P ~0.05） and self efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease can be improved significantly by using out patient cooperative nursing,and this nursing model is worth popularizing
