温度与氯盐作用下温拌沥青混合料疲劳寿命研究

摘要 为掌握温度与氯盐侵蚀作用对温拌沥青混合料疲劳寿命的影响,采用不同浓度氯盐溶液对温拌沥青混合料试件进行不同温度条件下冻融循环,进而进行劈裂疲劳试验测试其疲劳寿命变化规律。结果表明:温拌沥青混合料疲劳寿命随氯盐浓度的增加、冻融循环温度的降低或冻融循环次数的增加而降低,其中在温度方面其下降到-10℃后疲劳寿命下降速率加快,在冻融循环次数方面其超过5次后疲劳寿命下降速率加快;氯盐浓度、冻融循环温度和冻融循环次数均对温拌沥青混合料疲劳寿命有显著影响,且氯盐浓度影响程度最大,而冻融循环温度和冻融循环次数影响程度相当。 In order to understand the effect of temperature and chloride corrosion on the fatigueendurance of warm mix asphalt, freezing and thawing cycles for warm mix asphalt specimens at different tempera tures were carried out with different concentrations of chloride solutions to test the fatigue endurance vari ation law by splitting fatigue experiment. The results show that the fatigue life of warm mix asphalt de creases with the increase of chloride concentration and freezing and thawing cycle times and decrease of freezing and thawing cycle temperature, and the fatigue life decreases faster when the temperature is re duced to 10 ℃ , and the number of freezing and thawing cycles exceeds 5 ; the fatigue life of warm mix asphalt is significantly affected by salt concentration, freezing and thawing cycle temperature and times, a mong which chloride concentration has the greatest influence, while freezing and thawing cycle tempera ture and times have the same effect.
