锥形阀内部结构优化及消能率的研究数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 在水利水电系统中,锥形阀应用于较高水头、大流量工况下的消能控流工作,其主要作用是能量的消除,所以设计优化锥形阀结构使其具有较高消能率是主要任务。针对这一问题,现给阀门导流罩中加入消能孔板,通过CFD的方法对2种不同结构的锥形阀内部流场进行数值分析。研究结果表明,在满足工程实际需求的条件下,加消能孔板的锥形阀消能效果得到很大提高,在各开度下消能率均能达到96%以上。 The cone value is used for the energy dissipation and velocity control under the working condi tions of high water head and large flow in the water conservancy and hydropower system, and its main function is to eliminate the energy, so the main task is to design and optimize the cone value structure to make it have a high energy dissipation rate. In order to solve this problem, the energy dissipation orifice plate is added to the valve fairing, and the numerical analysis is conducted on the internal flow field of two different structural cone valves by the CFD method. The research results show that the energy dissipation effect of the cone valve with the energy dissipation orifice plate is greatly improved, and the energy dissipa tion rate under each opening can reach more than 96% under the condition of meeting the actual engineer ing demand.
