全要素下火电厂的环境效率研究——基于DEA方法

摘要 为了确定影响发电厂环境效率的因素以更好的改善电力行业的碳排放,第1阶段使用方向性距离函数方法评估全要素下发电厂的环境效率,第2阶段以效率值为因变量结合Tobit回归方法,分析发电厂环境效率的影响因素。研究结果发现,燃气电厂的环境效率都要显著优于燃煤电厂;电厂的环境效率值与企业规模正相关,电厂性质、年限和当地GDP对电厂的效率影响不明显。基于研究结果,在优化电力行业生产方面提出了相关建议。 With global warming and climate change, air quality is declining, and power plants are the main sector of carbon dioxide emissions. Improving the production and environmental benefits of power plants is particularly important in the context of sustainable development.In ord effect on the environmental efficiency of power plants so that the carb er to determine the factors that have on emissions in power sector can be decreased, directional distance function method is used to evaluate the environmental efficiency of power plants under total factors. In the second stage, the factors affecting the environmental efficiency of power plants are analyzed with the efficiency value as dependent variable combined with Tobit regression method. The results show that the environmental efficiency of gas fired power plants is significantly better than that of coal fired power plants, the environmental efficiency of power plants is positively correlated to the scale of enterprises, and the influence of plant nature, duration and local GDP have no obvious effect on the efficiency of the power plant. The author offers suggestions for improving production of power sector on the basis of the results
