益肾固冲汤联合保胎贴穴位贴敷治疗肾气虚证胎动不安(先兆流产)患者的临床效果

Efficacy Observation on Yishen Guchong Decoction Combined with Baotai Plaster Acupoints Sticking Therapy in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion Patients with Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察益肾固冲汤联合保胎贴穴位贴敷治疗肾气虚证胎动不安(先兆流产)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年2月海南省中医院收治的早期先兆流产,且中医辨证为肾气虚证胎动不安的患者共60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取肌注黄体酮注射液治疗;观察组采用益肾固冲汤联合保胎贴进行治疗。观察比较患者治疗后的临床疗效,检测2组患者血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),孕酮(P),CA125和雌二醇(E2)水平治疗前后水平变化,比较2组治疗前后中医临床证候积分。结果:观察组总有效率为96. 67%;对照组总有效率70. 00%,2组临床总有效率经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组经治疗后β-HCG,P、E2水平上升,CA125水平下降;治疗后观察组β-HCG、P、E2水平明显高于对照组,CA125水平明显低于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分为(4. 98±1. 31)分,较治疗前明显下降,且明显低于对照组评分(7. 87±1. 46)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益肾固冲汤联合保胎贴穴位贴敷治疗肾气虚证胎动不安(先兆流产)患者具有良好的临床效果,能有效改善患者临床症状,有利于维持妊娠。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Yishen Guchong Decoction combined with Baotai Plaster aeupoints sticking therapy in the treatment of threatened abortion patients with kidney qi deficiency syndrome. Methods ： A total of 60 eases of early threatened abortion with kidney qi deficiency syndrome were selected in traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Hainan province from March 2015 to February 2017. Into observation group and control group,30 eases per group. The control group was adminis- trated with progesterone via intranmseular injection; the observation group was administrated with Yishen Guehong Decoction com- bined with Baotai Plaster. The clinical curative effects of patients were observed and compared after treatment. The serum levels of β-HCG,P, CA125 and E2 before and after treatment in the 2 groups were detected. The clinical symptonl scores of the 2 groups be- fore and after treatment were compared. Results ：The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%, and the total effec- tive rate of the control group was 70%. The difference of total effective rate between 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of beta-HCG,P and E2 increased while CA125 level decreased in the 2 groups after treatment. The levels of [3- HCG,P and E2 in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the CA125 level was signifi- cantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant after treat- ment（P 〈 0. 05）. The TCM symptom score of the observation group was 4. 98 ± 1.31 after treatment,which was significantly lower than that before treatment, and significantly lower than that of the control group （7. 87 ± 1.46）. The difference was statistically sig- nifieant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yishen Guehong Decoction combined with Baotai plaster aeupoints sticking therapy in treating threatened abortion with kidney qi deficiency syndrome has good clinical effects, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and is effective for the maintenance of pregnancy.
