摘要
贯彻国务院、 各省级人民政府关于加快民族教育现代化的决定和实施意见, 在教育内涵方面, 需要以 “三个眼光” 作为民族教育课程改革的立足点、 出发点, 普及和加强维护国家主权理念; 在落实党的民族教育基本方针和基本内容的同质性过程中,也需要关注各省民族地方民族理论教学内容的异质性, 才能做到国家认同与民族认同的有机结合,贴近学生实际生活的感受, 提高课程教育的说服力和感染力.
In carrying out the decision and implementation of the State Council and all level governmentadministrations on speeding up the modernization of the education in the ethnic minority inhabited regions,the connotation of “three foresights” is taken as the foothold and starting point for the national educationreform to achieve the aims of popularizing and strengthening the concept of safeguarding nationalsovereignty. While implementing the homogeneity of the basic principles and contents of ethnic educationof the Chinese Communist Party, the heterogeneity of the theory and teaching contents of local ethnicshould be concerned as well. Only by combining the national identity together with ethnic identity, thestudents would feel the education is close to their daily life, so as to achieve the aim of a more persuasiveand infectious power of curriculum education.
