河北省乡村旅游转型升级研究

Study on Transformation and Upgrading of Rural Tourism in Hebei Province

河北省乡村旅游肩负"旅游产业扶贫"重任,又是建设"美丽乡村"的重要推动力量,为促进河北省乡村旅游向休闲化、特色化、品牌化方向转型升级,分析了河北省乡村旅游发展现状,主要有乡村旅游产品由过去单一的食宿接待模式向田园综合体、旅游小镇、休闲农业、精品民宿等多业态转变,政策支持力度加强,乡村旅游开发主体多元化等;剖析了河北省乡村旅游发展存在的问题,包括文化挖掘少、开发雷同、人才不足、宣传力度不够等;从文化升级、产品升级、制度转型3个方面提出了河北省乡村旅游转型升级的思路和建议.

Rural tourism in Hebei Province shoulders the heavy responsibility of ＂poverty alleviation in tourism industry＂ and is also an important driving force in building ＂beautiful countryside＂. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism in Hebei Province to leisure, characteristic and brand orientation, this paper analyzes the development status of rural tourism in Hebei Province, mainly including the rural tourism products from the past single accommodation reception model to the pastoral complex, tourism towns, leisure agriculture, boutiqueresidential accommodation and other forms, policy support strength ened, rural tourism development subject diversification. Analyzing the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Hebei Province, including the lack ofcultural excavation, the same development, the lack of talents, and the lack of propaganda, the transformation ideas and suggestions from three aspects of cultural upgrading, product upgrading and management upgrading are put forward in view of the recreation of rural tourism in Hebei Province.
