大学生心理资本与可就业能力的关系——职业探索的中介作用 被引量:4

摘要 采用心理资本量表、职业探索量表和大学生可就业能力量表对450名大学生进行测量,以探讨职业探索在心理资本和大学生可就业能力之间的中介作用.结果显示:性别和年级因素影响大学生的心理资本、职业探索和可就业能力,男生的职业决策和可就业能力得分均显著高于女生,大三学生的心理资本、职业探索和可就业能力得分显著高于大一和大二学生;大学生心理资本和职业探索均可以显著正向预测其可就业能力;职业探索在心理资本与大学生可就业能力之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的27.14%. To explore the intermediary role of career exploration between psychological capital and college students’employability, 450 college students are recruited by using psychological capital scale, career exploration scale and employability scale. The results show that demographical factors (such as gender and grades) can influence the level of psychological capital, career exploration and employability of college students, the scores of career exploration and employability of male college students are higher than those of female significantly, and the scores of career exploration, employability and positive psychological capital of junior students are respectively higher than the scores of freshman and sophoman significantly; both the positive psychological capital and career exploration have positive protective effects on employability; career exploration partially mediates the effect of positive psychological capital on employability, and the mediating effect account for 27.14% of the total effect.
