胸腰椎骨折内固定术联合骨肽注射液治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation combined with Bone Peptide Injection in the treatment of spinal fracture

目的探讨胸腰椎骨折内固定术联合骨肽注射液治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法选取九江学院附属医院骨科2015年1月～2018年1月收治的40例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(20例)与实验组(20例)。对照组采用常规治疗方案进行治疗,实验组采用胸腰椎骨折内固定术联合骨肽注射液进行治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、康复时间、脊柱椎体前后缘高度和脊柱倾斜角度。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后康复时间为(8.9±1.6)周,短于对照组的(10.3±2.4)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的脊柱椎体前后缘高度和脊柱倾斜角度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腰椎骨折内固定术联合骨肽注射液在治疗脊柱骨折的效果显著,其治疗总有效率达到预期标准,且可有效缩短患者术后康复时间,帮助其实现柱椎体前后缘高度的良性变化,为患者的治愈提供极大的帮助。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation combined with BonePeptide Injection in the treatment of spinal fracture. Methods Forty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture admitted to the Orthopaedics Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from January 2015 to January 2018were selected as study objects, and they were divided into the control group （20 cases） and experimental group （20 cases） according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional treatment scheme, andthe experimental group was treated with thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation combined with Bone Peptide Injection.The total effective rate of treatment, the recovery time and anterior and posterior height of vertebral body and spinal tiltangle were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental groupwas 95.0%, which was higher than that of the control group （55.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The postoperative rehabilitation time of patients in the experimental group was （8.9±1.6） weeks, which was shorter than that of the control group （[10.3±2.4] weeks）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anterior and posterior height of vertebral body and spinal tilt angle in patients of the experimental group were better thanthose in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ 〈0.05）. The effect of thoracolumbar fracture internal fixation combined with Bone Peptide Injection in the treatment of spinal fracture is significant, and the total effective rate reaches the expected standard, and can effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time, help it achieve the benign changes in the anterior and posterior height of vertebral body, and provide greathelp for the cure of patients.
