人工流产术后即时放置吉妮致美宫内节育器的临床效果

Clinical effect of immediate placement the Gynefix intrauterine device after artificial abortion

目的探讨人工流产术后即时放置吉妮致美宫内节育器的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月～2017年6月在我院实施人工流产术的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,每组各40例。A组患者在术后即时放置吉妮致美宫内节育器,B组患者在术后放置元宫环,比较两组患者术后的出血总发生率、月经持续时间及不良反应总发生率。结果 A组患者出血总发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者术后月经持续时间显著短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者不良反应总发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即时放置吉妮致美宫内节育器的临床应用价值较高,降低了出血的总发生率,缩短了患者术后月经持续时间,对机体产生的伤害较小,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of immediate placement the Gynefix intrauterine device after artificial abortion. Methods Eighty patients with induced abortion in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects, they were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 40 cases in each group. Gynefix intrauterine device was placed immediately in group A and Yuangong Ring was placed in group B. The total incidencerate of postoperative bleeding, duration of menstruation and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of bleeding in group A was lower than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The duration of menstruation in group A was significantly shorter than thatin group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in group A waslower than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical applicationvalue of Gynefix -induced intrauterine device is high in the immediate placement after artificial abortion, it reduces thetotal incidence rate of bleeding, shortens the duration of menstruation, less harm to the body, and is worthy of popularization and application.
