热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease

目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年12月收治的手足口病患儿100例为研究对象,按照双盲随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组采用热毒宁注射液治疗。观察比较两组患儿咽部红肿消退、体温恢复、皮疹消退、住院的时间以及临床疗效。结果观察组咽部红肿消退时间[(3.23±0.45)d]、体温恢复时间[(1.34±0.26)d]、皮疹消退时间[(4.78±0.12)d]、住院时间[(8.1±1.2)d]短于对照组的(5.76±1.51)、(3.87±1.35)、(6.89±0.58)、(14.3±3.5)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),高于对照组的76.0%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果确切,可迅速缓解各种症状,缩短住院时间,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with hand footand mouth disease. Methods A total of 100 children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to the double blindrandomized method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ribavirin Injection, and the observationgroup was treated with Reduning Injection. The pharyngeal redness and swelling subsidence, temperature recovery, rashsubsidence, hospitalization time and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Thepharyngeal redness and swelling subsidence （[3.23±0.45] d）, temperature recovery （[1.34±0.26] d）, rash subsidence（[4.78±0.12] d）, hospitalization time （[8.1±1.2] d） of the observation group were shorter than those of control group for（5.76±1.51）, （3.87±1.35）, （6.89±0.58）, （14.3±3.5） d, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0% （48/50）, which was higher than that of the control group was 76.0% （38/50）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reduning Injection has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in children, it can quickly relieve various symptoms and shortenthe hospitalization time, it is worthy of popularization.
