摘要
目的对比分析多层螺旋CT血管造影和数字减影血管造影在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年2月1日~2017年9月1日我院收治的60例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者作为研究对象,均先接受多层螺旋CT血管造影检查,两周后实施数字减影血管造影检查。以数字减影血管造影检查结果作为金标准,比较其在膝上动脉和膝下动脉的血管节段狭窄程度诊断结果。结果多层螺旋CT血管造影检查、数字减影血管造影检查在膝上、膝下动脉的血管节段分别检出279、274个和87、82个,各节段狭窄程度在两种检查方式下差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字减影血管造影作为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊断金标准,虽然准确性高,但是有创伤性,而多层螺旋CT血管造影检查的诊断准确性与数字减影血管造影接近,可作为疾病的诊断方式之一。
Objective To compare the application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography in the diagnosis of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities. Methods A total of 60 patients withlower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who were treated in our hospital from February 1st, 2015 to September 1st,2017 were selected as the subjects. They were first performed with Mmlti-slice spiral CT angiography, and after twoweeks, digital subtraction angiography was applied. The results of digital subtraction angiography were used as the goldstandard to compare the diagnostic results of stenosis in the superior and inferior knee arteries. Results Multi-slicespiral CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography were performed on vascular segments of the knee and lowerknee arteries, respectively, and 279, 274, 87 and 82 lesions were detected. The degree of stenosis in each segment wasexamined by the two methods without significant significance between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Digitalsubtraction angiography is a gold standard for diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Although it ishighly accurate, still with invasion. The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT angiography is similar to that of digital subtraction angiography, and can be used as one of the diagnostic methods for diseases.
