多媒体健康教育在冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多媒体健康教育对预防冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者抑郁的效果。方法选取我院2016年6月~2017年6月收治的80例CABG患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予多媒体健康教育。比较两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评表(SAS)评分。结果护理前,两组的SDS、SAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SDS、SAS评分均有所下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的SCL-90评分中,躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但强迫、敌对、偏执评分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对CABG后患者采用多媒体健康教育路径,改善了患者的不良情绪,缓解了患者的抑郁症状,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of multimedia health education on prevention of depression in patients aftercoronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods Eighty patients with CABG admitted to our hospital from June 2016to June 2017 were selected as subjects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control groupand observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation groupwas given multimedia health education. The self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences inthe scores of SDS and SAS between the two groups (P〉0.05). After the nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the twogroups decreased, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The total incidence of depression in the observation group was lower than that in the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the observation group was in the SCL-90 score, the somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, and fear scores were lower than that in the control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant (P〈0.05), but the compulsive, hostile, and paranoid scores were not significantly different between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The use of multimedia health education pathways in patients after CABG has improved the patients' bad mood, relieved the patients'depressive symptoms, and has a high clinical promotion value.
