加速康复外科护理理念在胫骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with tibial fracture

目的探讨加速康复外科护理理念在胫骨骨折手术患者中应用的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月我院收治的60例胫骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组遵医嘱予以常规骨科护理。观察组予以加速康复外科护理模式。比较两组术后3个月的下肢Harris功能分级、膝关节Lysholms评分及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的下肢Harris功能分级优良率96.7%,明显高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05),疼痛、屈曲能力、肿胀、行走能力等膝关节Lysholms评分皆高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的23.3%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理可显著促进胫骨骨折手术患者的下肢功能与膝关节恢复,促进患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with tibial fracture. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 60 patients with tibial fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group （n=30） and control group （n=30） with random number tablemethod. The patients in the control group were treated with routine orthopaedic tibial fracture after operation, while thepatients in the observation group were given the nursing mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. The Harris functional grade of lower extremity, Lysholms score of knee joint and the incidence of complications were observed andcompared between the two groups 3 months after operation. Results The excellent and good rate of lower limb Harrisfunctional grading in the observation group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 73.3% in the control group （P〈0.05）.The Lysholms scores of knee joint such as pain, flexion ability, swelling and walking ability of the observation groupwere higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total incidence ofcomplications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group （6.7%）, but the difference wasnot statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The nursing concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can significantly promote the lower limb function and knee joint recovery of patients with tibial fractures, and promote the postoperative recovery of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
