综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1～12月收治的70例LC患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组并发症发生率和护理前后疼痛程度。结果观察组并发症发总生率为8.6%,对照组为28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理干预既能降低LC后并发症也可缓解疼痛程度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods A total of 70 cases of LC patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selectedas the subjects. According to difference the nursing methods, the patients were divided into the control group and theobservation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group wasgiven comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications and the degree of pain before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was8.6%, the incidence of complications in the control group was 28.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the difference in the visual analogue scale （VAS） score before nursing intervention between two groups wasnot significant （P〉0.05）, and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup after nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can not only reduce the complications after LC, but also relieve the pain level. It is worthy of clinicalapplication.
