摘要
根据青蒿素合成蒿甲醚的反应原理,在现有合成工艺路线的基础上,比较了一步法工艺和两步法工艺的优缺点,通过预实验得出两步法工艺在工业生产中比较合理。并通过薄层色谱法(TLC)对合成物质进行了分析。
According to the reaction principle of synthesizing artemether from artemisinin,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of one-step process with two-step process,and confirmed the two-step synthetic process of artemether was more reasonable in industrial production by pretests on the basis of existing synthetic process.Moreover,we analyzed the synthetic products by thin layer chromatography(TLC).
