臭氧降解石化剩余污泥过程中有机物转化研究 被引量:1

Transformation of Organic Matters in Degradation Process of Petrochemical Excess Sludge by Ozone

摘要 采用孔径为5μm的钛合金曝气板对石化企业污水处理厂剩余污泥进行臭氧处理,研究了不同臭氧投加量下MLSS、MLVSS、TCOD、SCOD的变化情况,对臭氧氧化处理前后的剩余污泥进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析以及傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱(FT-ICR-MS)分析。结果表明,当臭氧投加量达到0.20g·(g MLSS)-1时,MLSS和MLVSS分别减少了约63%和75%,TCOD降解了约52%,SCOD由60mg·L^(-1)上升到1 600mg·L^(-1)。GC-MS分析结果表明,剩余污泥中的石油污染物有效降低;FT-ICR-MS分析结果显示,剩余污泥经臭氧氧化处理后,O2、O3、O4、O5类物质增多,而O1、O6、O7、O8类物质减少。 Using an aeration plate made of titanium alloys with the pore size of 5μm,we conducted ozone treatment for excess sludge from a wastewater treatment plant of petrochemical enterprise,and studied the changes of MLSS,MLVSS,TCOD,and SCOD of excess sludge under different dosages of ozone.Moreover,we analyzed the excess sludge before and after ozonation treatment by GC-MS and FT-ICR-MS.The results show that the MLSS,MLVSS,and TCOD will decrease by about 63%,75%,and 52%,respectively,and the SCOD will increase from 60 mg·L^-1 to 1 600 mg·L^-1 when the dosage of ozone is 0.20 g·(g MLSS)-1.The GCMS analysis results indicate that the petroleum pollutants in the excess sludge reduce effectively.Furthermore,the FT-ICR-MS analysis results indicate that chemicals being classified as O2,O3,O4,and O5 increase,while chemicals being classified as O1,O6,O7,and O8 decrease in the excess sludge after ozonation treatment.
