摘要
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和四硫代钼酸铵(ATTM)为原料,采用静电纺丝法制备了ATTM/PAN复合纤维,经过高温碳化制得二硫化钼/炭复合纤维。实验结果表明,在电压20kV和接收距离11cm的条件下制得的ATTM/PAN复合纤维直径为1μm左右、粗细均匀、无串珠。经过高温碳化处理后,XRD和TEM表征结果表明,ATTM/PAN复合纤维已转化为二硫化钼/炭复合纤维,且二硫化钼微粒以1~3nm的粒径在碳纤维中均匀分布。
Using polyacrylonitrile(PAN) and ammonimn tetrathiomolybdate (ATTM)as raw materials, we fabricated ATTM/PAN composite fibers by eleetrospinning and MoS2/C composite fibers were finally obtained after calcination under high temperature. The experimental results show the MoS2/C composite fibers are of uniform thickness and the average diameter is about 1 μm at voltage of 15 kV, distance 13 em. Also there are no beaded fibers. What we can learn from XRD and TEM is ATTM/PAN composite fibers have converted into MoS2/C composite fibers. Besides, MoS, particles are uniformly distributed throughout the carbon fibers with diameters of 1 - 3 nm.
